My daughterleads another happy day today. She does a lot of homework. And she plays for along time. Most importantly, she covers these five new words in lesson 3 veryeasily.
今天我女儿又度过了愉快的一天。她做了很多家庭作业。她玩了很长时间。最重要的是,她非常轻松的通过了第三课的五个单词的检查。

Today is National Day.So all our three go to downtown in the earlymorning.First,we have breakfast outside.Then we go to see the exhibition for 《Sound,Light and Electricity》whichis held in Zhongshan Science Museum.The exhibition is amazing.
It takes us a lotof time to experience it one item after another.When we finish visiting,we goto KFC(Kentucky Fried Chicken) for lunch.You know,it is one of my daughter’ sfavorite places.
今天是国庆节。所以我一家三口一大早就去市区逛了。首先,我们在外面吃了早餐。接着我们一起去看了在中山科学馆举办的《声、光、电》展览。这是展览办得确实很棒。我们花了很长时间一项一项的去体验它们。当我们参观完时,我们去肯德基吃了午餐。要知道,这是我女儿最喜欢去的几个餐厅之一。
After lunch,we go to Pork Art to read books.Two hours after, thenwe go to the supermarket for shopping.When we reach our home,it is nearly 6:30p.m.The conversation in lesson 3 is very long.I just require my daughterlearning how to read it today.
吃完午餐后,我们又去博雅看书了。两个小时后,我们去了超市购物。当我们回到家时,已经是下午六点半了。第三课的对话很长,我只是要求我女儿学会读这个对话就可以了。没花多少时间,她就会读了。明天是我女儿的生日,我批准她停止学习英语一天。后天,她会继续学习如何来翻译这段对话中的句子。到那里,她还要完成书上相应的练习题。
A few minutes later,she can do it.Tomorrow is mydaughter’s birthday.I permit her to stop learning English for a day.The dayafter tomorrow,she will continue to learn how to translate the sentences one byone and she will finish doing the exercises at that time too.

Jack: No wonder.

Twelve o’clock is too late.

I usually go to bed at nine o’clock.

You should go to bed early.

Nick:I know.I’ll go to bed early,

Today is my lovely daughter’s birthday.She really enjoys a wonderfulday.First,we bring her to draw some pictures.Second, take her to trolltoseveral big mall.Third,we take her eat outside.You know,she likes to eatoutside very much.Fourth,we take her to attend a lecture about a good memoryskill.
Fifth,we want to buy a birthday gift for her,but because my parents giveme a call this morning,we make a deal that we are going to chat through thecomputer at 7:00 o’clock tonight.
今天是我亲爱的女儿的生日。她确实度过了精彩的一天。第一,我们带她去画画了。第二,我们带她去逛了几家大商场。第三,我们带她到外面去吃饭了。她非常喜欢在外面吃饭。第四,我们带她去参加了一场有关超能记忆法的讲座。第五,我们想给她买一件生日礼物,但是我父母早上打电话来,跟我们约好了晚上七点钟通过电脑进行视频聊天。
There is not enough time left,so in fact,we buynothing.We will catch up on a gift for her tomorrow.Sixth,we buy some delicioussnacks for her, include her favorite fruit,durian.Seventh,I promise her thatshe is totally free today.She doesn’t need to do any learning activities asusual.Of course,she is so delighted.
时间不太够了,所以,我们什么也没买到。明天我们会给她补上的。第六,我们为她买了一些她喜欢吃的可口的零吃,包括她最喜欢吃的榴莲。第七,我答就她今天完全自由,不用再象往常一样,进行任何学习活动。她当然非常开心了。

Today My daughter reviews the conversation in lesson 3.She finishes all theexercises in the textbook and translates the content from English to Chineseand then does the contrary.Of course,she does all these in oral.And I readEnglish and Chinese content sentence by sentence so she can translatethem.Today she performs good.She can translate them very well.
今天我女儿复习了第三课的对话部分。她做完了教科书上的所有练习并且把对话的内容先从英语翻译成汉语,再从汉语翻译成英语。当然,这些练习她都是口头完成的。我一句一句的给她读英语或汉语,这样她才完成相应的口头翻译。今天她表现的很出色。她翻译的很好。

Todaymy daughter spends less than twenty minutes in conquering the five newsentences in lesson 3.She says to me that it is today’s learning task is veryeasy.In fact,these sentences are very familiar with those sentences which shelearned in the conversation yesterday.
今天我女儿花了不到二十分钟的时间就拿下了第三课的五个句子。她对我说今天的学习任务很简单。事实上,这些句子跟昨天在对话中学到的句子很相似。
What time do you usually go tobed?
你通常在什么时间上床睡觉?
I usually go to bed at ten.
我通常在十点上床睡觉。
I go to school in the morning.

Itdoesn’t take a lot time for my daughter to grasp these five new sentences inLesson 3.I go to downtown again today.So my daughter learns it all by herself.WhenI come back and finish supper,I check her,the result is good.
That means shealmost knows how to learn by herself now.It is the most important thing in myeyesight.You know, the way to get knowledge is always important than theknowledge itself.
我女儿没花多少时间来掌握第三课的这五个新句子。今天我又去市区了。所以我女儿完全是自己学的。当我回来并吃了晚饭后,我检查了她的学习情况。效果不错。这意味着她几乎掌握了自我学习的方法。在我眼里,这一点是最重要的。要知道,获取知识的方法往往比知识本身更重要。

My daughter has a lot of homework to do tonight.She keep on doing it when shecome back home.After having supper,she continue to do it until ten past nine.Sothere is no any free time left for her to learn English today.While she doingher homework,she just keep on listening to the English video all the time.
今晚,我女儿有很多的家庭作业要做。她一回到家就一直在做。吃完晚饭后,她又一直做到九点十分。因此今天根本没时间供她学英语了。当她在做家庭作业的时候,她一直在坚持听英语VCD。

My daughter’s head teacher gives her a special task this afternoon.Shelends her a new book Entitled Three-Character Scripture.She says she wants topick out four or five students to practice reading it first.Then she will pickthe best one to attend the competition.
So I have to leave enough free time formy daughter to practice it after she finishes her homework.So today she doesn’tEnglish again.I just play the VCD for her while she doing her homework.
我女儿的班主任今天下午给了她一项特殊任务。她给了我女儿一本《三字经》。她说她想先在班里找四五个学生练一练,过几天再从中选出一个最棒的去参加比赛。因此,在她完成了家庭作业之后,我不得不给她留出充裕的时间来练习。因此,今天她又没有学习英语了。我只是在她做家庭作业的时候给她播放了VCD。
