并列句的本源：把两个句子，连贯起来。

简单句+并列连词+简单句

并列连词 and or but

例子：

He helped me and i helped him

You can watch TV or you can do exercise

You are nice but i don"t love you

如果是多个简单句并列，且并列连词相同，如：“句子1” and “句子2” and “句子3”。就可以把前面的and省略，变成“，”，如：句子1 ，句子2 and 句子3。
