要想提高英语听力能力，首先要坚持每日一听，并且要持之以恒，只有打好基础，才会有质的飞跃。
如何打好基础呢，首先每天坚持听半小时，锻炼“听力肌肉”，不然听的时间一长感觉的耳朵疲劳，有种听不进去的感觉，因此没有时间保障，听力很难提高。第二要增加”听力词汇“，听力词汇是指你能够听懂的词汇，不是你能读懂的词汇。第三听力训练需要掌握一定的训练方法和策略，要先练习听懂大意，不要要求自己能够听懂每个单词，学会捕捉关键信息和关键词，还有在听之前要学会先读一读文章后面的题目，根据题目里的频繁出现的词汇推测可能会是哪方面的主题等。
带着问题去听，有利于大脑不自主地收集相关信息，减小紧张感，更有自信听懂文章和捕捉关键信息和关键词。
