英语陈述句只有 2 种吗 （句子结构12）

我们讨论过，我们说话为的是传递信息，其实就是陈述事实，在陈述的时候，会出现肯定、否定两种情况，所以陈述句有两种：肯定的和否定的。

陈述句和疑问句、感叹句、祈使句共同构成英语简单句的四大类。陈述句用来说明一个事实。它分为肯定陈述句和否定陈述句两种形式。

1. 陈述句的肯定式：

He is a always a good neighbor.

他一直是个好邻居。

I have a pet cat at home.

我家有只宠物猫。

Miss Dupont teachesus French.

杜邦小结叫我们法语。

A new play is on in Beijing Theatre.

一出新剧正在北京剧院上演。

2. 陈述句的否定式：

( 1 ) 如果句中有 be 的形式（am、is、are、was、were等等）、情态动词（can、may、must等等）、助动词（do、does），直接在他们后面加 not 就成了否定句：

My father is notan engineer.

我父亲不是个工程师。

He does not like living in the city.

他不喜欢住在城市里。

I will not join the team.

我不会加入球队的。

My sister is not reading a magazine.

我妹妹在读杂志。

You must not make so much noise.

你不准吵闹。

We haven’t had lunch yet.

我们还没有吃午饭呢。

( 2 ) 如果句中没有 be 和情态动词等助词，我们就要借助于助动词 do 的形式，并在后面加上not：

I don’t know where she lives.

我不知道她住哪儿。

Tigers do not feed on grass.

老虎不吃草。

I did not go to the airport to meet her.

我没有去机场接她。

Miss Lee does not have a garden.

李老师没有花园。
