段落中设空原则：优先选与段落有重复的词（原词、同义词、意思重复或意思相近的名词、动词、形容词）

由于选项中的Parisians.与段落中的 Paris意思相近，故第36题选F.

注意：优先选择优先选与段落有重复的词并不是100%正确，因为有时候它会有两个或者两个以上的选项存在相同意义的词，这时候我们需要根据自己所学知识以及原文的意思去判断其正确选项。

注意：这属于句式一致原则，基本上七选五都遵循这种方法。只不过有的是排比句式前设空，有的是排比句式后设空，这里属于排比句式中间设空。

中间句首设空原则：优先选有承上启下的作用的句子，第39题上句末说French food否定句子 所以这句要填与french food否定有关的句子，因为E含有not，且这句话具有承上启下的作用，故选E

注意：有的题具有承上启下的选项有两个，所以这时候需要结合相关知识进行辨别。

空前说French..crowded，因为A选项的tourist与拥挤有关。拥挤说明什么，说明人多？如何判断人多：Paris，空后的第一句是问号，英语中一般有问就有答，而答的内容就说French人这样那样，一般判断一个地方挤不挤的原因要么就是游客多，如上海过节的时候外来游客就很多。
