雪中送炭可以译为：to send charcoal in a snowy day。即在别人急需时给予物质上或精神上的帮助。

1. help

这个词是我们比较熟悉的，也是比较常用的，既可以作名词，也可以作动词，当动词讲时，它的常用句式结构为help sb.（to）do sth. “帮助……做……”;当名词讲时，它的常用固定搭配为with the help of “在……的帮助下”。

He often helps us to finish a lot of work.
