今天讲讲道歉信。

Two months ago you got a job as an editor for the magazine Designs & Fashions. But now you find that the work is not what you expected. You decide to quit. Write a letter to your boss,Mr. Wang, telling him your decision, stating your reason (s), and making an apology.

You have just come back from Canada and found a music CD in your luggage that you forgot to return to Bob, your landlord there. Write him a letter to

1) make an apology, and

2) suggest a solution.

Suppose you have to cancel your travel plan and will not be able to visit professor Smith. Write him an email to

1) apologize and explain the situation, and

2) suggest a future meeting.

失约道歉

一般的道歉信大概就是因为失约/或者给对方造成某种损失而道歉。

写作思路是：

第一段：表明道歉态度，引出事由/主题I am writing to make an apology to you for...

第二段：阐述原因，并提出补救措施

给自己找理由：如果是失约那大概就是：

要考试去不了，

生病了去不了，

照顾父母亲戚去不了，

堵车了，错过时间

还有其他已经答应的事，和这件事撞车了。

这种失约就着重道歉，补救措施就是再约？改期？然后要保证不再犯。

如果是给对方造成损失那就得想一些补救措施了

第三段：再次致歉，请求原谅，寻求理解

审题：

我因为误拿了加拿大房东小哥的cd而道歉。

思路：

第一段：表明态度

亲爱的鲍勃，我刚回到中国，却在行李里发现了你的CD，我想起来了，是我忘了还给你。真的是很抱歉。

第二段：提出补救措施

有啥呢？

我赔你一张吧，你再买一张我给你钱。

或者你就想要这一张，那你给我一个方便的地址我给你寄回去。

再客气点我就给你寄回去的时候再送你一张我最喜欢的cd。你看怎么样？

第三段：再次道歉，期待你的回信。
