degree 还有“程度，等级，学位，阶层”等意思，在这里主要讲温度计量单位“度”。
我们测量任何温度后，一般都将符号 ° 用作单位符号测量，而符号 ° 就是我们所说的“度”。

The symbol ° after a number means degree.

There are two main systems used for measuring temperature:

F = C × 1.8 + 32
C = (F - 32) ÷1.8
例如：
0℃=(0×1.8+32)℉=32℉
下面是一些表示温度的例子：

注意
在英语口语中，通常不说摄氏或华氏这个部分。
It is not common to say the Celsius or Fahrenheit part in spoken english.
在谈论天气的温度时，我们通常使用形容词而不是确切的数字来表示，比如说，
28°C (or more) - Hot 热的
15 to 28°C - Warm 温暖的
10 to 15°C - Cool 凉爽的
5 to 10°C - Chilly 冷的
0 to 5°C - Cold 寒冷的
0°C (or less) - Freezing 严寒的
The temperatures given are only an approximation to give you an idea of when to use them.

Remember, what is hot in one country may only be considered warm in another.

What may be chilly in one country may be freezing in another.
