There（be存在句型与It作形式主语的句型有何异同）

S: 老师，There is no use doing sth.与 It is no use doing sth. 两种说法都对吧？有什么区别吗？

T: 两种说法都正确。

且含义相同，都表示“做某事没有用”。

只是不同的句型而已。

第一种是There be存在句型；

第二种是it作形式主语的句型。

（真正的主语为后面的动名词短语）

比如：There is no use asking him.

=It is no use asking him. 问他没用。

S: 还有哪些there be 句型可与it作形式主语的句型同义转换？

T: 总结一下：

如：There/It is no good doing sth.

做某事没有好处。

There/It is no point/sense doing sth.

做某事没有意义。

There/It is no reason doing sth.

做某上没有理由。

There/It is no value doing sth.

做某事没有价值。

2.There/It be + 抽象名词+that从句

如:There/It was a fact that he won the first prize.

他赢得了一等奖是个事实。

There/It is no wonder that he won the first prize.

难怪她赢得了一等奖。

再强调一下：

以上句型用there be 句型时，后面that从句是同位语从句；用it作形式主语时，后面that从句是主语从句。

T: 还有三个句型值得一提：

1. There is no need /chance/ possibility to do sth.

没有做某事的必要/机会/可能性。

此句型中there不可用it替换。

2. It is a wast of time doing sth.

此句型中it不可用there替换。

3.There is no doing sth.

= It is impossible to do sth.

比如：

There is no telling what may happen.

=It is impossible to tell what may happen .

There is no denying the fact that

he won the first prize.=

It is impossible to deny the fact that

he won the first prize.
