当宾语从句是一般疑问句时，引导词用whether或if

，翻译成__“是否”

从句中含有 or not时，介词后面，与不定式连用，作句子主语时，宾语从句只能用 whether，不能用if

只能用 whether的情况：

1.与 or not连用

I don"t know whether he will come or not

2. 介词后面

I don"t care of whether he is handsome

3. 与不定式连用

He Wondered whether to stay here the next week.

4 .作主语

Whether he will come is not decided
