instead和 instead of
1、 instead是副词，意思:代替，顶替。通常位于句末。
王老师病了，我代替他上课。

“代替、而不是”后面可接名词，代词，动名
2、 instead of-是介词短语，意思:等。
The two boys will do their homework at home______playing 这两个男孩将在家作业而不是玩。
(1) as soon as意为“一“就“，刚“就”，引导的时间状语从句，主句用一般将来时，从句用一般现在时表示将来
I will tell him the news as soon as he comes back主句用一般过去时，从句用一般过去时。
He took out his English book as soon as he sat
down
(2) so＂＂＂that意为“如此以至于”引导结果状语从句，so adj. /adv.that从句。
He was so angry that he couldnt say a word
(3) remind意为“提醒，使想起”，及物动词

(4) a little bit意为“有点儿”，后跟形容词

(1)One year the weather was so dry that no food would grow.
一年，气候如此千燥，以至于没有食物能生长。
so.that…如此以致于““若从句是否定句时，可用 too＂to-替换

1)在 so＂.that…中，so用于句首，句子要用倒装语序。
2)在此短语中，若修饰的形容词后有名词时，要用such代替so。
He was such a foolish man that nobody loved him.
He was so foolish a man that nobody loved him.他是这么笨的人以致没有人喜欢他。
(2) as soon as意为“就”
该短语引导时间状语从句。在使用时，通常主句和从句的时态一样，但是，如果主句使用一般(或过去)将来时时，从句一般要用一般现在(或过去)时。
