披着英语外衣的汉语——中式英语问题

中式英语是披着英语外衣的汉语。因为其表面上看都是英语单词或单词组成的句子，有些从语法方面看也似乎无懈可击，但因本质上受汉语思维的影响，表达上并不符合英语的习惯，大多数时候以英语为母语的人是不能理解的。比如，在学生中比较知名的“好好学习，天天向上”被译成“Hard hard study, Day day up”（戏谑的成分大）。这类东西学过英语的中国人很好理解。

当然，中式英语的情况比较复杂，有些个别的例子也有被英语国家人们接受的，比如另一个知名的例子Long time no see (好久不见)。

学英语，中式英语要尽量避免。要做到这点，首先就要尽可能摆脱母语思维的影响。这点本身有很大难度，特别是对年龄大些的成人来说。解决之道是通过大量接触英语材料，逐渐掌握英语语言，并在此过程中逐渐形成用英语思维的习惯。不能操之过急。下面是一些中式英语的典型例子，后面提供了一种对应的正确表达，供了解其特点。

经典错误实例：

1. 现在是五点钟。Now is five o’clock. (正确表达：It is five o’clock now.)

2. 他个子很高。His body is very tall. (正确表达：He is very tall.)

6. 他不知道将怎么办。He did not know how he would do. (正确表达：He did not know what he would do.)

7. 他要再学一门外语。He wanted to learn a foreign language again. (正确表达：He wanted to learn another foreign language.)

8. 他急忙向河边奔去。He hurried to run to the riverside. (正确表达：He hurried to the riverside.)
