出国必学11句实用英文对话（饭店出问题不用怕还不快抄起来）

许多人入住饭店之后，才发现房间有各式各样的问题，像是环境脏乱、冷气有霉味、网路没讯号、没有热水...等等，如果发现这些问题，该如何跟柜台人员（desk clerk）反映呢？今天就一起看看住房时若遇到问题，能够如何表达吧！

整洁问题

环境脏乱Could you send someone up to clean the room? It looks like it hasn"t been cleaned.（可以派人过来打扫房间吗？房间看起来跟没扫过一样。）

房间有烟味We asked for a non-smoking room, but when we walked in, it smelled like cigarette smoke everywhere.（我们要求一间非吸烟房，但我们走进去时到处都是烟味。）

冷气有霉味The musty smell coming from the air conditioner is too strong. Do you have another room available?（冷气的霉味很重。你们有其他房间吗？）

设备问题

网路没讯号Do you have an Ethernet cable? The Wi-Fi signal is weak in my room, and I can"t access the Internet.（你们有网路线吗？我房间的无线网路讯号很弱，我连不上网路。）

插座坏掉There"s a problem with the socket in my room. Could you come and check for me?（我房间的插座有点问题。能过来帮我看看吗？）

若是忘记带转接头或充电器，也可以跟饭店要求：

Could I borrow an adapter and charger?（我可以借用转接插头和充电器吗？）

没有热水Is there something wrong with the water heater? There"s no hot water in the bathroom.（热水器有问题吗？浴室里没有热水。）

房间缺东少西、没有盥洗用品Why aren"t there any toiletries in the bathroom?（为什么浴室里没有盥洗用品？）

这里的toiletries是「盥洗用品」的总称。另外，也可以特别指出来缺少什么盥洗用品：

Why isn"t there shampoo or body wash in the bathroom?（为什么浴室里没有洗发乳或沐浴乳？）

迷你吧没东西如果肚子饿了，想喝点饮料，打开房间的小冰箱却发现里头什么都没有，这时可以说：

Why isn"t my minibar restocked?（为什么迷你吧没有补充零食饮料？）

加床却没有床铺如果入住时有加床，却发现少了这个床铺，可以跟柜台反映：

We booked a double room and asked for an extra bed, but there"s no cot. Please send it up when you can.（我们订了一间双人房，且要求加一张床，但没有看到多的床铺。你们有空时请帮我送上来。）
