中考英语阅读理解长难句分析 教你学会比较状语从句（表语从句）

本文从中考英语阅读理解真题中选取了三个长难句，教你分析宾语从句、比较状语从句、表语从句、时间状语从句。

第一句：

Remember that the color of an object results from the wavelengths of light that are reflected from its surface and light is taken in as it moves down through the water.

长句分析：本句是一个并列复合句：1. 首先寻找并列连词，and是并列连词，前后分别为独立的句子；

第二句：

There is much to see under the sea, but you need to remember that light behaves differently in water than in air.

长句分析：本句是一个并列复合句：but 是并列连词，

1. but前面是一个简单句，使用了there be 句型，其中to see为动词不定式作后置定语修饰much;

2. but后面是一个复合句，need to remember是复合谓语，that引导宾语从句，做动词remember的宾语；在该宾语从句中，than是一个比较从属连词，引导了一个比较状语从句，引出比较的第二部分。

长句翻译：海底有很多东西可看，但你要记住光在水中的行为与在空气中的不同。

第三句：

It is just because sometimes things can seem to be as much as about 33 percent bigger in water.

长句分析：本句是一个复合句，Because 引导了一个表语从句。在此表语从句中，things是主语，can seem to be 是一个复合谓语，后面是be 动词的表语。

1. As much as: 多达，和…一样多，可以用在数次前面，表示程度；
