Good habits accompany my growth

老师们、同学们：

Dear teachers and students,

早上好：我是xx班的xxx，今天我和大家分享的是《好习惯伴我成长》。

Good morning: I am XX class XXX, today I share with you is "good habits with my growth".

人的一生中可能养成好习惯，也可能养成坏习惯。

Good or bad habits may be formed in one"s life.

一个好习惯能让我们受益终生，一个坏习惯对我们的生活和学习都有不便。

A good habit can benefit us all our life, while a bad habit will be inconvenient to our life and study.

“习惯”常听老师说起这个词，习惯是什么呢？

"Habit" often hear the teacher say this word, what is habit?

来到了育英中学，我才知道习惯是长期重复地做，逐渐养成自觉的行动，那么好习惯是长期以来重复做得好的行动，这好习惯是我们平时每时每刻播种“好行为”结出的“果实”。

When I came to Yuying Middle School, I learned that habit is to do it repeatedly for a long time and gradually develop conscious actions. Then good habit is to do it repeatedly for a long time, and this good habit is the "fruit" that we sow "good behavior" all the time.

回头看看我已经种了十三年的“习惯树”，“习惯树”上最漂亮的果实是“创新”、“求知”、“爱动脑”。

Looking back at the "habit tree", which I have planted for 13 years, the most beautiful fruits of the "habit tree" are "innovation", "knowledge seeking" and "love to use the brain".

学习上我总有着不一样的想法，虽然不一定正确，有时还显得特别幼稚，但我坚信，只要我努力打好基础，永葆创新思维的好习惯，总会让这颗漂亮的“习惯果”越长越成熟。

I always have different ideas on learning, although not necessarily correct, sometimes it seems particularly naive, but I firmly believe that as long as I work hard to lay a good foundation, always keep the good habit of innovative thinking, there will always be a beautiful "habit fruit" more mature.

我的“习惯树”上还有一些行为长得不够健康,比如还有“粗心大意”的斑点和“贪玩贪嘴”的颜色。

There are also unhealthy behaviors on my Habit Tree, such as the "careless" blotch and the "playful" color.

到了xx学校，老师常常告诫我：“注意你的思想，它会变成你的言语；

In XX school, my teachers often told me: "Watch your thoughts, they become words;

注意你的言语，它会变成你的行动；

Watch your words, they become deeds.

注意你的行动，它会变成你的习惯；

Watch your actions, they become habits.

注意你的习惯，它会决定你的命运。”

Watch your habits; they become your destiny."

虽然有好些句子的内涵我不太明白，但我知道习惯对一个人的人生成败起决定作用。

Although I don"t quite understand the meaning of many sentences, I know that habits play a decisive role in the success or failure of a person"s life.

在xx学校，我培养了许多好习惯：我以前总是觉得浪费没有什么大不了的，而现在我知道了不能浪费每一粒米，珍惜农民伯伯的劳动；

In XX school, I have developed a lot of good habits: I used to always feel that waste is not a big deal, and now I know can"t waste every grain of rice, cherish the labor of farmers uncle;

现在我能独立了，以前我总是依赖父母，让父母操心，现在，不但自己能叠被子、铺床、刷鞋子、洗衣服了，而且还做得很好。

Now I can be independent, before I always rely on my parents, let parents worry about, now, not only can make their own quilt, make the bed, brush shoes, wash clothes, but also do very well.

在xx学校这棵大树上，结出了属于我自己的累累硕果。

In the xx school this tree, bore out belongs to my own numerous fruits.

作为青少年的我们更应该有良好的习惯伴我们成长，这样我们才能更优秀，未来才能更美好。

As teenagers, we should have good habits to grow up with us, so that we can be more outstanding and have a better future.

同学们，让我们从自身做起，从现在做起，从每件小事做起，埋下各种“好习惯”的种子，长大后让好习惯的种子结出果实为我们带来芳香，带来甘甜，让好习惯伴我们成长！

Students, let us start from ourselves, start from now, start from every little thing, buried all kinds of "good habits" seeds, grow up to let the seeds of good habits bear fruit for us to bring fragrance, bring sweet, let the good habits with us to grow up!
