每日一句英译英：Watch your mouth

近期，连续有人被“风沙”了，为什么？因为他们Don"t watch their mouth.

So,What do it mean if you say Watch your mouth?

有时候我也问自己：你每天在这里贴一条英语上来，目的是什么？难道就是为了随便从茫茫“英”海中随便找一条放上来了事吗？

换句话说，你每天看我贴上来的英语为了什么？难道真的学英语“为了用”？你觉得贴上来的这些英语真的有机会跟人用吗？如果根本没有这样的机会，学英语意义何在？尤其那些用中文“学”英语的意义何在？

我想我是解决了这个问题才在这里“开贴”的：不为了跟人“用”，只为“用英语学英语”。

用英语学英语，实际上就是在“学了英语，尤其是用中文学了英语，用不上的前提下，就是自己给自己一个锻炼"说"英语和"用"英语的机会和能力提升”。

当然，这里还有一个解决“怎么用英语学”，也就是”如何“自己跟自己说英语”技术性问题。

1)见到英语Watch your mouth时，一定要养成习惯，“说”英语：What does it mean if you say Watch your mouth? 或者What do you mean if you say Watch your mouth?

千万不要“再说”中文了：这句英语什么意思啊？

2) 见到英语Watch your mouth的英语解释后，一定要继续“说”英语：Okay.I got you.I know what it means now.If you say Watch your mouth,you mean/what you mean/it means...

用英语学英语，就是“用英语思维学英语”！

你先不要考虑“学”英语，先解决“培养良好的用英语(思维)学英语的习惯”再说，否则，“用”中文学再多英语，也不过是“学了”英语，“学过”英语，“学完了”英语。

那么多英语互为解释互为理解，还不足以“用英语学英语”吗？

一个自己跟自己无声“说”英语都磕磕巴巴的人，一旦有机会跟人有声“说”英语，又如何指望说得溜？一个自己跟自己无声“说”英语都没有一点问题的人又何必担忧跟人有声“说”英语时说不出口？

这就是用英语学英语的“辩证法”，也正是我们每天学学英语的原因所在。
