在英语中，形容词比较级分为多种类型，不同的类型都有相应特殊的用法和含义，下面是一些几类常见具有比较级形容词介绍，赶紧一起来看看吧！
比较级前的修饰词
形容词比较级前可加much, a lot, a bit, a little之类表示程度的状语：
He’s feeling a lot better today. 他感到今天好多了。
也可在比较级前any, no, some, even, still这类词：
Do you feel any better today? 你今天感觉好一点了吗？
比较级前还可加其他表示数量的词：
My sister is ten years younger than me. 我妹妹比我小十岁。
形容词比较级的特殊用法
和more有关的词组
the more…the more…越……就越……。例如：
The harder you work，the greater progress you"ll make. 越努力，进步越大。
The harder you work, the luckier you are.
越努力，越幸运。
The more you learn, the more you know。
学得越多，知道得越多。
The higher the sky is , the thinner the air is.
天空高度越高 空气就越稀薄。
more than不只是，非常。这个结构非常常见
例如：
She is more than kind to us all.
她对我们非常热心。
I am more than happy to help you .
我非常乐意帮助你。
more than 也可以拆开来用，即"more……than……"，例如
An iphone is more expensive than an android smartphone.
一部苹果手机要比一部安卓手机贵。

They have more work to do than us .
有时候，more……than……不一定表示"比..更……"
例如
John is more a talker than a doer.
