「健康英语」“痛经”虽然是肚子疼但英文可不要说belly（hurts）

咳咳，女童鞋们，大家是否在每个月的几天里有这个“痛经”的困扰呢？

痛经用英文怎么说呢？

为了说“痛经”，我们要先来学习一下“例假”的英文表达。

例假/月经-- period

痛经 period pain 或者 menstrual cramps

划重点：period pain 是更为口语化的表达哦。

如何使用？我们来看个例子吧

【例】

If period pains become severe enough to keep a girl from going about her day-to-day rountine, she should see a doctor. 如果痛经痛到影响一天的正常生活，那么你应该去就医。my period pains are killing me. 快被痛经折磨死了。【Let"s Talk】

What is your period usually like? I"d say mine is good. I would feel weak the first 2 days ( no bad period pain, just very slight pain), then i feel fine and i go back to the gym from day 4 of my period :P What about you?
