谁还不是个孩子

There is a bake shop near the corner.

在不远处的街角，有一个糕点店。

The baker is the boss.

厨师就是老板。

He is very kind-hearted.

他心肠非常好。

He always helps some hungry poor children and often gives them some delicious cakes.

他总是帮助一些饥饿穷孩子们，时常给他们一些美味糕点。

At the anniversary of the bake shop, the boss advertised, "Every child can get a cake for free today."

今年店庆时，蛋糕店老板打出广告，“每个孩子今天都能免费得到一个蛋糕。”

Soon after the advertisement was posted, many children come here, and each of them gets a delicious cake.

广告刚刚张贴不久，就引来了许多的孩子，他们每人都得到了一块美味的蛋糕。

The children are very happy.

孩子们都非常高兴。

After a while, an old man about sixty comes with three children.

不一会儿，来了一个大约六十多岁的老头，带了三个孩子。

The old man says to the boss, "Please give me four cakes."

老头对老板说道：“请给我四块蛋糕吧。”

The boss asks, "There are only three children. Why do you want four cakes?"

老板问道：“只有三个孩子，为什么你要四块蛋糕？”

The old man answers, "Yes, these three children are my grandchildren, but I am also the children of my parents."

老头回答道：“没错，这三个孩子是我的孙子，但是我也是我父母的孩子呀。”

The boss gives them three cakes and says with a smile, "You may ask your parents to bring you back, and I"ll give you your portion."

老板给了他们三块蛋糕，笑着说道：“你可以让你的爸妈带你来，我再给你你的那一份。”
