人生没有重来的机会，不要做一个懒人。身懒会毁掉你的身材，心懒会毁了你的梦想。

Life has no chance to come back, don"t be a lazy man. Lazy sports will destroy your body, lazy heart will destroy your dream.

有负面情绪是正常的，但是自己一定要知道，要明白这只是生活的一小部分，在其余时间里，要尽量让情绪平稳起来。

It"s normal to have negative emotions, but you must know that this is only a small part of life. In the rest of the time, try to keep your emotions stable.

没有什么抱怨的，我今天的一切都是在为我之前的每一次选择买单。人生没有白走的路，每一步都算数。

我们总是在知道回不去的时候才最想回去，总是在结束的时候才想起怎么开始，我们在不知道快乐两个字怎么写的年纪最快乐。

We always want to go back when we know we can"t go back. We always remember how to start when we are finished. We are happiest when we don"t know how to write happiness.

生活只有两个选择：重新出发，做自己生命的主角；抑或停留在原地，做别人的配角色。

There are only two choices in life: start afresh and be the protagonist of your own life, or stay where you are and be the role of others.

所有的故事，都有一个结局。但幸运的是，在生活中，每个结局都会变成一个新的开始。

All stories have an ending. But fortunately, in life, every ending becomes a new beginning.
