复旦MBA面试中，有无领导小组面，一份材料，大家讨论完后，每个人一分钟的英语总结，依次进行，根据自己在总结中的顺序不同，可以用以下模板做有针对性的准备~
而如果无法对所涉及的内容给出条理性与逻辑性俱佳的总结陈述

· The first speaker:
1 模板：

放大招——万用总结话术！
Well, thank you for all the shared inspiring ideas and viewpoints, which are pretty rewarding and enlightening. Personally, anyway, I still stick to my own philosophy when it comes to such a topic. I can see the pros and cons, and I think we should see any kind of such topics in a wider perspective and from different points of views, so that we can draw a conclusion from different walks of a society, as macro as economy, politics, laws, and as micro as management, human resource, assets distribution, human personality and so on. So I would say this is a very typical case and we have such a fulfilling and productive discussion that, honestly, and contrary to my previous expectation, such group discussion does bring me more than I was looking forward to and should be made more, and at least I hope it would be.

组面案例（第二批复旦）

组面的形式，分两个阶段：
第一阶段：中文材料，小组中文讨论30分钟+总结；
第二个阶段，每个人用1分钟的时间对案例进行总结发言。这个英文总结，可以是每个人递进式的“和而不同”，也可以是“各自为营”
个人面试：主要从你的工作经历，工作背景，工作内容方面提问，全中文面试。
如果你的简历上是：管理者，则对个人定位管理者的人，可能涉及到领导艺术和管理方法等问题；而如果你的简历上是：营销经理，对营销经理定位者，可能会问及成功的重大市场策划活动等。
