I admired him because he is a hard worker.
She walked on the hard wooden floor.
It’s a very hard question.
Don’t push him so hard.
He gave the door a good hard kick.
He works hard.
Small business were hit hard.
It rains hard.
I hardly know her.
I was so tired that I could hardly walk.
I hardly ever go out.
It hardly ever snows here.
Although it was very late, many people still gathered together.

The president himself won the most votes.
