例子：

Example: The city center is a prime location, but it is also very expensive. 市中心是黄金地段但是价钱也高。

Example: Though the company has 10,000 employees in 40 countries, most of its staff are British. 尽管这个公司在40多个国家有10,000名雇员，大部分员工还是英国人。

Example: Even though we use our own designers, our costs are very high. 尽管我们已经用了自己的设计师，但是费用还是很高。

Example: Machines are more reliable, but they are more complex. 机器更可靠但是也更复杂。

Example: Exports produce the bulk of corporate profits, even though domestic consumption accounts for about 60 percent of GDP. 尽管国内消费占了GDP的百分之六十，出口占了大部分公司利润。
