解释：

例如，Decision shouldn’t be made too quickly.

含有must, have to, should的被动语态，表示建议性和必要性。

例如，The crew should be prepared to work hard.

含有can和could的被动语态，分别表示现在的能力和过去的能力。

例如，The work can be done by tomorrow; It could be seen very clearly last year.

含有could, may 和 might的被动语态，表示未来的可能性。例如，It could be launched very soon.

例子：

Example: The crew must be given time off. 工作人员需要休息时间。

Example: English can be learned from the Internet. 可以从网上学英语。

Example: French scientists may be invited to this conference. 这次会议可能会邀请法国的科学家。
