cost 表示某物花费某人的时间或金钱，主语是表示物的名词或代词。

句型:

例句:

spend 表示某人花费时间或金钱做某事，主语是表示人的名词或代词。

句型:

sb. spends some time/money on sth./ doing sth.

例句:

We spend 2 hours cleaning the windows every week.

pay 表示某人花钱做某事，主语是表示人的名词或代词。

句型:

sb. pays some money for sth.

例句:

How much did you pay for the computer?

take 表示做某事花费某人一段时间或精力，主语经常是it 代替。

句型:

It takes sb. some time to do sth.

例句:

It took me 3 days to go to Shanghai by sea.
