①早睡早起：keep early hours

All the members of his family keep early hours. --他们家的人都早睡早起。

②oversleep：睡过头

Every once in awhile I"ll oversleep, but not too often. --偶尔我会睡过头，但是不经常。

③睡懒觉：sleep in

I really love the weekends, when I can sleep in. --我真的喜欢周末，那时我就可以睡懒觉了。

④have a cat nap：打个小盹

⑤doze off：瞌睡

⑥stay up late：熬夜
