will have sent是将来完成时，by the time是将来完成时的时间标志

Key structures

将来完成时和将来完成进行时的区别

将来完成时(will have done)是用来表示在将来某一时间以前完成或一直持续的动作。状态已完成：表示某事持续到将来某一时间为止一直保持的状态，并将在将来完成。动作已完成：表示将来某一时或另一个将来的动作之前已经完成。

将来完成进行时(will have been doing)表示某种情况从过去一直持续到说话人所提及的未来的某个时间，并有可能一直持续下去。重点在于一直持续。

例句：Soon the astronauts will have repaired the telescope.

By Friday midday,they will have been working on it for seven days.

cost,price,value的不同用法

1. 作名词时

cost: 费用，代价The Hubble was launched at a cost of over a billion dollars.

price: 价钱 How much is that blouse? Let"s ask the price.

value: 价值 The stolen items were of sentimental,rather than financial value.

2. 作动词时

cost: 花费 What does this bouse cost,please?

price: 询价 I want to price the bed linen in a few other shops before I buy any.

value: 尊重 I value your advice a great deal.
