It"s time for a little swimming lesson here in our bathtub.

该在咱们的浴缸里上游泳课了。

Let"s get you into the nice warm water first

咱们先把你放到温暖的水里，

so you can get used to it.

让你习惯习惯。

Now I"m going to hold you

现在我来扶着你，

while you float on your back.

你躺着漂一漂。

One hand goes under your head,

一只手托着你的头，

and one under your bottom.

另一只手托着你的屁股。

Look at you!

看看你啊！

You are floating!

你漂起来了！

(While holding eye contact 眼神交流时)

You are doing very well.

你游得真好。

Let"s move up the bathtub and back down.

咱们在浴缸里往上、往下。

Swish swish!

哗哗！

Isn"t the water nice?

水好不好？

Let"s drip a little over your forehead

咱们往你额头上滴点水，

so you can get used to the water.

这样你就习惯水了。

Shall we try floating on your tummy?

咱们试试趴着漂浮吧？

There you go.

好了。

I will hold your head up

我把你的头托起来，

by putting my hand under your chin.

手放在你下巴底下。

Up the bathtub and back down.

在浴缸里上上下下。

Let"s get your little tube

咱们把你的小游泳圈拿过来，

and put it around your neck.

套在脖子上。

Now you can just float all by yourself!

现在你可以自己漂着了！

Can you try kicking your legs?

你能试试踢踢小腿吗？

Move one leg up

一只腿向上，

and one down

一只腿向下，

then the other up and the other down.

然后另一只上、另一只下。

I am going to let go

so you can float all by yourself now.

I will hold you again for a bit

and then we will get out
